Registration for Fall 2014

You may register the following ways: 

  • Register via the My.CHC Portal
     
  • Register by emailing GradSchool@chc.edu
     
  • Register by mail (mailing address listed on the form below*)
     
  • Register by fax at 215.248.7161 (include credit card number, expiration date, and security code*)
     
  • Register in person at the School of Graduate Studies, Room 78, 3rd floor, St. Joseph Hall.

 

The hours of registration are 8:30am-6:00pm (Monday-Thursday) and 8:30am-4:30pm (Friday).  If you are not qualified to register via the My.CHC Portal, you will need the Fall 2014 Registration Form (.pdf)

 

To ensure a smooth registration experience: 

We will not be able to register you until your financial account is in order. Your outstanding balance must be paid in full before you will be officially registered. Therefore, if you are aware that you currently hold an outstanding balance or want to check your status, please contact the Student Accounts Office at accounts@chc.edu at 215-248-7116.
 

If you need financial aid, it is not too late to apply!  Please visit the Financial Aid page to retrieve the necessary documents and other pertinent information.  If you have any questions about your financial aid status, please contact the Financial Aid Office at finaid@chc.edu or by phone at 215.248.7182.
