A fully qualified veteran can attend Chestnut Hill
College tuition free each year.
Chestnut
Hill College will provide a maximum of $6,000 per student up to 100 qualifying
students for the 2009–10 school year. This amount will be matched by the
Department of Veteran Affairs (VA). Additionally, VA will provide $8,205 per
term for fully qualified veterans or 16,410. per school year. The combination of
these funds means that a fully qualified veteran will attend Chestnut Hill
College tuition free.
Chestnut Hill's Yellow Ribbon Program funds will be
awarded to qualifying students. To be considered, qualifying students must:
- Be accepted for enrollment to a degree program or
be currently enrolled in a degree program at the Chestnut Hill
College
- Submit the Certificate of Eligibility provided to
them by the VA to Chestnut Hill College’s School Certifying Official (SCO).
Recipients will be
selected based upon the date by which both conditions are met.
