Workshop participants will learn methods to:

• Expand organization efficiency through the use of volunteers
• Identify recruitment target groups
• Develop a reasonable recruitment strategy
• Design an effective recruitment advertisement
• Discontinue unsuccessful practices
• Support long term volunteerism
