Chestnut Hill College Announces New Appointment to the Board of Directors

Philadelphia, PA -- Patricia Q. Connolly, the Director of the LeBow College of Business Center for Corporate Governance, recently joined the board of directors for Chestnut Hill College.
Ms. Connolly brings to the College’s board a wealth of experience gained throughout her career. Ms. Connolly works with public and nonprofit boards of directors to advise them on current developments and best practices in board governance. Since joining Drexel in 2008, her mission is to build strategic partnerships with corporate and executives to promote Drexel’s research on governance, promote best business practices, and provide a forum to integrate theory and practice in management operations.
Ms. Connolly has a strong background in executive leadership. She is a former Group Vice President of PNC Bank and was the Senior Vice President of External Affairs of the Academy of Natural Sciences. She has served on advisory boards of many organizations, including the board of PNC Bank’s Women’s Financial Services Network. In addition to sitting on the board of Chestnut Hill College, she currently sits on The Forum of Executive Women and is a member of Women Corporate Directors.
Ms. Connolly holds a bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also earned several business certificates.
