Honors Convocation to Recognize Student Achievement

PHILADELPHIA, PA – Chestnut Hill College will recognize the academic achievement of students at Honors Convocation on Sunday, May 1, 2011 at 1 p.m. in Sorgenti Arena. Ken Soprano, Ph.D., vice president for academic affairs, will deliver the opening remarks at the ceremony.

Honors Convocation acknowledges scholastic achievement throughout the academic year. Highlights of the ceremony include the presentation of the Dorothea E. Fenton ’28 Memorial Medal, The St. Catherine Medal, the Matthew Anita MacDonald, SSJ, Ph.D. Award as well as the presentation of departmental awards and honor society recognition.
