On Saturday, February 17, over 400+ college students from across the Philadelphia region will gather for a full-day of workshops, speakers, and interactive sessions focused on leadership, diversity, and inclusion. This event is geared toward individuals embracing authenticity as a form of self-advocacy, leveraging the unique contributions of others, and resisting the negative cultural and societal norms that attemp to filter who they truly are.
ILC is the largest collegiate conference in the Greater Philadelphia are getting students activated in the quest ot create spaces that:

- cultivate unity
- captivate authenticity
- culminate inclusivity
