About the Food Pantry

Food Pantry
The CHC Food Pantry is located at the back end of the Music Corridor on the first floor of Saint Joseph Hall.

Chestnut Hill College’s Food Pantry is a resource for addressing food insecurity among students. By offering free access to food, it helps alleviate hunger and ensures that students can focus on their academic and personal development. It’s incredibly difficult to focus and perform well as a student when you’re hungry or not properly nourished.

However, the Pantry is not meant to be any person’s sole source of food. If a student finds themselves visiting the pantry multiple times each week, they are encouraged to contact food@chc.edu to learn more about financial support for campus meal plans.

Hours of Operation

The Food Pantry is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm during the fall and spring semesters.

Who is Eligible

The CHC Food Pantry responds to the issue of food insecurity by providing services to alleviate hunger on campus for students, faculty, and staff.
